About The Artist
Tatiana Muska is an award winning, contemporary artist with her hands in EVERYTHNG ART. With a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Ithaca College, she started her career in New York City as a gallery assistant in Soho and artist assistant to contemporary Sculptor/Photographer Petah Coyne. Tatiana is continually mastering a mixed media technique of found materials, drawing, painting, and textural layers to form a translucent array of depth and color. Environmental issues are her central theme as the beauty of nature and its ability to emerge triumphant over the constant battle with human destruction is represented in both the process and finished pieces of her work.
Tatiana began painting murals in the NYC and Greenwhich, CT area for residential and commercial clients in 1999 and has since branched out to the Philadelphia, Baltimore, and Washington D.C. areas where she continues to add her creative touch to a variety of spaces. In 2005, Tatiana won the Delaware Today, Home and Garden award for Best Children's Room Mural. Tatiana is also a highly skilled graphic designer with the unique ability to provide commercial clients with a fully branded interior design and marketing materials package. Tatiana started the Collective Mural initiative in 2014 and currently works with a wide range of organizations to provide the experience of art to a variety of audiences. In addition to her career as an Independent Artist, she is the Marketing Manager for The Delaware Contemporary, an art museum in the heart of the Wilmington Riverfront. Her mission and passion is integrating the arts into everyday life for everyday people. |
